This Privacy Policy explains how GroundView Pro ("GroundView Pro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when construction companies and their crews use our jobsite-reporting service (the "Service"), including our mobile app, website, and SMS messaging program.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. Company name, owner and team member names, email addresses, and roles used to create and operate company accounts.
• Mobile phone numbers. Crew and contact phone numbers entered by a company so we can send operational jobsite update text messages.
• Jobsite content. Daily report notes and photos submitted from a jobsite, organized by project and date.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical information (such as app version and timestamps) needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect only to:

• Send operational jobsite-update text messages and reminders;
• Collect, translate, organize, and display daily reports, notes, and photos to the company that owns the account;
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; and
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

GroundView Pro sends operational text messages to a company's crew to collect daily jobsite updates. These messages are strictly for project coordination and are not marketing or promotional. Message frequency varies based on each jobsite's settings. Message and data rates may apply.

How consent / opt-in is collected. GroundView Pro is used by construction companies to message their own crews. Consent is collected by the company (the employer), not through a public web form:

1. A crew member agrees — verbally, in writing, or through the app — to receive operational jobsite-update text messages from their employer via GroundView Pro.
2. The company (account owner or admin) then enters that crew member's mobile number in GroundView Pro; by saving the number, the company confirms the crew member has given this consent.
3. The crew member receives the daily jobsite-update messages and can reply STOP at any time to stop them.

Example message (operational only — never marketing): “[Company] is requesting a jobsite update for [Job]. 📷 Add photos of today's work. What was completed today?” followed by a secure submission link.

Opt-out & help. Recipients can reply STOP to any message to opt out of future jobsite updates at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. For account-level changes, contact the company administrator or our support team.

Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their independent marketing.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only:

• Within the company account — jobsite content is visible to authorized members of the company that owns the data;
• With service providers who process data on our behalf solely to operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, our SMS carrier/Twilio for message delivery, and translation processing), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide the Service; and
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and jobsite information for as long as the company maintains an active account, and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. A company may request deletion of its data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including authentication, access controls scoped to each company, and encrypted connections — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

7. Your Choices

• Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
• Contact your company administrator to update or remove your contact information.
• Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by construction companies and their workforce and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
