SMS Consent & Opt-In
How crew members opt in. GroundView Pro is used by construction companies to message their own crews. Consent is collected by the company (the employer), not through a public web form:
- A crew member agrees — verbally, in writing, or through the app — to receive operational jobsite-update text messages from their employer via GroundView Pro.
- The company (account owner or admin) then enters that crew member's mobile number in GroundView Pro. By saving the number, the company confirms the crew member has given this consent.
- The crew member begins receiving the daily jobsite-update messages and can reply STOP at any time.
What the messages look like. Operational only — never marketing. For example:

Message frequency varies by jobsite settings (typically 1–3 messages per jobsite per day). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out & help. Reply STOP to any message to stop future jobsite updates, or HELP for assistance. For account-level changes, contact your company administrator or our support team. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties.
